These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IRIS by CPG FM mobile application (the "App"), operated by SOFTGRIDINC PTE. LTD., located at 1 Sims Lane (Office) #04-02, One Sims Lane, Singapore 387355 ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
The App is provided for use by individuals authorized by their employer, building operator, or property management organization (e.g. tenants, visitors, facility staff, or administrators). Access to specific features depends on the permissions granted to your account by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for its intended purpose of facility management, operations, and related services.

The App, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by SOFTGRIDINC PTE. LTD. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
We, or your organization's administrator, may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms or at the request of your employer or facility operator.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOFTGRIDINC PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
